Questions About Plans and Billing
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Not for Starter: its 7-day trial needs no card, and when it ends you choose whether to subscribe. Pro and Agency include a 3-day free trial; you add a card when you create your account, pay $0 today, and the plan starts only when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you are never charged.
When will I be charged for Pro or Agency?
Only when your 3-day trial ends. We email you a reminder before the first charge, and you can cancel from Settings in one click.
What happens to my posts if I don't subscribe?
Nothing is deleted. Your posts, drafts and connected accounts stay safe; new scheduling pauses until you subscribe.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from Settings › Your plan. Upgrades start right away. Downgrades start at the end of your billing month, so you keep what you paid for, and nothing is deleted. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. In some regions checkout also shows trusted local options such as mobile wallets and bank transfer, picked automatically for where you are.
Is my payment information safe?
