Terms of Service

BeSocialist helps you write, schedule and publish posts to your own social media accounts (for example Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok). By using BeSocialist you agree to these terms.

Your Account

You are responsible for your BeSocialist login and for everything posted through it. Keep your password safe and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Your Content

You own what you post. You confirm you have the rights to every text, photo and video you upload, and that it follows the rules of each social network you post to. We only publish content when you ask us to (now, or at the time you choose).

Connected Apps

You connect social accounts through each app’s own login page. You can disconnect any account at any time in My accounts, or remove BeSocialist’s access in that app’s settings. Each app’s own terms also apply to your posts.

Fair Use

Do not use BeSocialist for spam, misleading content, harassment, fake engagement, or anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work hard to post on time, but social networks can refuse or delay posts. BeSocialist is provided “as is” without guarantees, and we are not liable for indirect losses.

Plans, Trials and Billing

BeSocialist is offered on monthly plans shown on our pricing page. Starter includes a 7-day free trial without a card; when it ends you choose whether to subscribe. Pro and Agency include a 3-day free trial that starts once you add a card; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Plans renew each month until cancelled, and cancelling stops the next renewal while you keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before you pay. During early access, billing may not yet be active. Promo codes are valid only for the period and number of uses shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn if misused.

Ending Your Account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms.
