Privacy Policy

This policy explains what BeSocialist collects and how it is used. Short version: we only use your data to run BeSocialist for you. We do not sell it.

What We Collect

• Your BeSocialist account: name, email and a securely hashed password.
• Connected social accounts: the account name, picture and ID, plus access tokens that let us post for you. Tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256).
• Your posts: the text, photos and videos you create, and when they should go out.
• Basic results: whether a post went out, its link, and simple numbers (such as views) when the app provides them.
• Messages you send us: your name, email and message from the contact form, used only to reply.
• Payments: handled by our payment partners on their secure pages. We receive only the plan, amount and payment status, never your card number, CVV or PIN.

How We Use It

Only to publish and schedule your posts, show your post history and growth, reply to you, and keep the service safe. We never post without your instruction. We also send a few service emails about your own account, such as password changes, a post that did not go out, or an account that needs reconnecting. We never send marketing emails without your permission.

Things We Work Out on Your Device

Some local touches (like suggesting hashtags for cities in your country) use your device’s time zone setting. This happens in your browser and is not sent to us. Some preferences, such as recent emoji and saved hashtag sets, are stored only in your browser.

Data From TikTok, YouTube (Google), LinkedIn and Meta

We access only the permissions you approve: your basic profile, and permission to publish the posts you create. BeSocialist’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube uploads are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Sharing

We share content only with the social networks you choose to post to. We use hosting, storage and email providers to run the service. We do not sell or rent personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your posts, media or business details to train AI models.

Keeping and Deleting

Disconnecting an account removes its access tokens. You can delete your BeSocialist account and all its data yourself at any time in Settings › Delete my account, or ask us to do it. See how to delete your data. You can also remove BeSocialist’s access directly in each app’s settings (for example Google Account › Security › Third-party access).

Security

Passwords are hashed, tokens are encrypted, and connections use HTTPS.
