What’s Covered
Every paid plan (Starter, Pro and Agency). The 3 days start from the moment you are charged, both for your first payment and for each monthly renewal. You get back the full amount of that payment, not a partial amount.
Free Trials
Trials are free. If you cancel before a trial ends, you are not charged at all, so there is nothing to refund.
How to Get Your Refund
Email socialistbe@gmail.com or use our contact page from the email address of your BeSocialist account, and just say “refund”. You can also request it directly through the link in your payment receipt. We confirm within 2 business days, and the money goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time in Settings in one click. Cancelling stops the next renewal. If you also want your money back, ask within 3 days of the payment as above.
The Only Exceptions
Accounts closed for breaking our Terms of Service (for example spam or fraud), and the same account asking for refunds again and again.
Seller and Payments
